Hey there, I'm Cora, and my journey in the world of fitness and athletics has been a lifelong adventure. From my early days diving into every sport imaginable to my college volleyball career, the thrill of movement and physical challenge has always been a part of me.
My love affair with true fitness and lifting began in high school, igniting a passion that has grown stronger with time. I pursued Health Education in college, a journey that led me to earn my first fitness certification in CrossFit – a field where I've spent the last 12 years coaching, guiding, and inspiring others.
My path has been diverse and ever-evolving. As a coach, I've guided athletes through CrossFit, honed nutritional strategies, led personal training sessions, and even ventured into the world of spin. My commitment to growth led me to continually expand my knowledge in this dynamic industry.
My personal fitness journey reflects my insatiable appetite for new challenges. Whether it's testing my mettle on the mountain biking trails or crossing the finish line of my first Ultra Trail Running Event, I'm always seeking to push the boundaries of what's possible. As a former All-American college basketball player, I understand the profound impact that dedication and commitment can have on achieving goals.
