Cora Williams

Strength & Fitness Coach

Cora has been passionate about fitness and athletics for as long as she can remember. She grew up playing nearly every sport before continuing her volleyball career at the collegiate level. Her love for strength training began in high school and has only grown stronger over the years.

For the past 13 years, Cora has worked as a fitness coach, specializing in strength training, Olympic lifting, injury prevention, and athlete development. She has coached in CrossFit, personal training, nutrition coaching, and spin, helping individuals build strength, confidence, and resilience.

Outside of coaching, Cora enjoys pushing her own limits through mountain biking, trail running, and endurance events, including completing her first Ultra Trail Running race. She believes fitness is more than just working out—it’s about building a strong body, a strong mind, and a strong community.

Kristina Williams

Basketball Coach and Trainer

Kristina is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with over a decade of experience in fitness coaching, athletic performance, and basketball training. A former All-American basketball player at Lewis & Clark College, she went on to coach college basketball for seven years, including three years as Head Coach at Lewis & Clark College. Kristina earned her Masters degree from Smith College in Exercise & Sport Studies.

Beyond coaching at the collegiate level, Kristina has worked with athletes of all backgrounds, specializing in basketball skill training, strength training, endurance coaching, injury prevention, and sport-specific conditioning. She has trained athletes locally in Bend, worked within the Summit Boys Youth Program and Three-Peaks Basketball Club, and directed US Sports Camps basketball programs for six years.
