After submitting your payment, you will be redirected to a sign-up form to gain access to the Gym X app. You will be able to begin your workouts immediately after logging into the Gym X app.

 FAQs - Functional Training Program

  • Here is a list of the equipment used in designing the functional training program but keep in mind, if you are experienced with strength training, you can easily make substitutions for similar pieces of equipment. For example: you could use bands instead of dumbbells for many exercises. Or you could use dumbbells instead of a barbell as an easy substitution.   • Yes! The Gym X app allows you to record your weights and reps within a workout. Even better, the app tracks your progress for exercises and allows you to see your past results.

  • The Gym X app will allow you to reschedule your workouts to whichever days you would like on your schedule within the app. You will not be able to make changes to exercises within the workout. If you are looking for more personalized workouts, check out our online personalized fitness coaching

  • Pretty much! We do require 3 days notice to cancel your subscription/next payment. To cancel your subscription, email Kristina at kristina@gymxbend.com.
